It is very amazing fact that now there are so much plenty of information about healthy life styles, healthy diets, diets for quick weight loss yet people till stick to figure out the better than the best all time. Every people have its own life style that usually includes their food habits, physical fitness, entertainment, sense of style etc. We are always in seeking to find healthy foods. Undoubtedly, proper diet is necessary to fight against decease and germs that make weak our body. Adequate nutrition is very much necessary to build our body’s immune system. That is why, it is advised to take balance diet every day to cover essential nutrition requirement. But we commonly mistake the healthy foods with unhealthy food items. Unhealthy food always not necessarily means the harmful one. It can be unhealthy if it is taken more than usual. Like Ghee, Butter, they are not unhealthy but if eaten very frequently it can lead to harm on health like weight gain, gas etc. Normally our perception is coupled with inadequate knowledge that leads to intake unhealthy foods like snacks and junk food. We must have clear idea that what we are consuming and how much it beneficial is.
